Vendor Information

We are thrilled to announce that the Connecticut Bead Society will be holding its annual Bead Bazaar on September 9, 2023.

We would be happy to have you as one of our vendors and hope you will be able to join us.

Here are the details:

Date: 9/7/2024
Place: Elks Lodge 771, 44 Maynard Street, Middletown
Bazaar Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Setup: begins at Friday September 7th from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

If setup on Friday becomes unavailable all vendors will be notified
Breakdown: 4 till 6 p.m.
Cost: $195 for each 8 foot table ($160 for CTBS members)
Lunch: Lunch for vendors will be provided

We would like to have short classes throughout the day, maybe a make-and-take project. Please let us know if you would like to provide instruction, what item you would like to teach and cost for each patron.

As always, The Connecticut Bead Society will promote the event on a regular basis in all the news outlets in the area, to all of our members past and present, and on social media. We will be sending advertising images and promo materials to you as well so you can send them out to your mailing list, your social media accounts and any local bead/crafts shops in your area you think would allow to post flyers. We encourage all of our vendors to help promote the Bead Bazaar to make it our most successful event yet!
